We provide complimentary health & fitness club usage to all hotel guests (must be aged 16+ to use the gym facilities), so whether you’re keeping on top of your fitness regime or simply looking to de-stress and relax, Pulse is the place for you.
Pulse is not your average ‘hotel gym’ – it’s also a favourite with local members who come to use the facilities. Within Pulse there are two gyms, free weights and resistance equipment, plus the pool and steam room to ease those aching muscles. We have a team of experienced professionals always on hand to provide support and offer guidance should you need it and we can also arrange personal training sessions if you’re embarking on a new regime or challenge.
If a leisurely afternoon of relaxation and pampering is more your style, take to the pool and unwind in the steam room. Alternatively a visit to The Green Rooms Spa is an excellent way to make any stay extra special.
