The Hampton by Hilton Rochdale at New Baillie Street is a new build hotel offering 146 bedrooms.
The hotel is part of the ongoing regeneration of the Rochdale site in partnership with Rochdale Borough Council.
This is part of a £250 million regeneration of the town centre including 200,000sq ft of retail and leisure space. 520 space multi storey carpark and a Metrolink extension to Manchester City Centre. The hotel is also in easy reach of Junction 20 on the M62.
In the last couple of years the market has seen an increase in regeneration projects within Rochdale.
