Room Descriptions

 All of New Place’s  33 meeting rooms were recently audited to ensure social distancing protocols are in place the capacities have been altered to reflect this. New stricter cleaning processes are also in place & all paper items in the room are discarded after each meeting to eliminate cross contamination.

The rooms themselves are located in the Manor House or the Modern Management Centre.  You will also find 2 large private self-contained Meeting and events rooms located in the grounds.

All our meeting rooms come equipped with flipcharts, water cooler, built in screens, whiteboards, projectors, phones, lectern, Complimentary Wi-Fi.

There are communal coffee lounges, which be cleaned between uses, in both the Manor House and Management Centre which delegates can use as often as needed (booked in advance)  and help themselves to coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, hot chocolate and a range of speciality teas.

For business needs there are PC’s, printers and photocopiers available to all delegates, all hygienically cleaned before & after use.

There is a communal coffee lounge on the ground floor with comfy seating, 2 PC’s and a printer, photocopier with scanner, water cooler, coffee machines offering latte’s, cappuccinos’ hot chocolate and a selection of speciality teas. You will also find fresh fruit available all day and snacks of popcorn, pretzels and mini doughnuts at breakout times.

Our talented chefs serve up carefully crafted dishes to help you meet your event objectives. Created using the finest seasonal ingredients, our menus have your productivity and refreshment in mind. Entertain clients over a private dinner with tasteful menus and fine wines, or host elaborate banquet for over 100 guests —this is food that means business.

New Place hotel has secured the much sought-after AIM accreditation from the Meetings Industry Association (mia). New Place hotel in Hampshire has achieved silver status from the UK’s nationally recognised standard for service providers in the meetings, conferences and events industry, after a panel of independent industry assessors scrutinised the venue against a robust checklist of criteria.
